Videna installs the same way as any other Shopify app. The whole flow takes about two minutes and only asks for the permissions it actually uses.
Install from the App Store
Open the Shopify App Store and search for Videna. Click Add app, then approve the install when Shopify shows the permission screen. You will be redirected back into your Shopify admin and Videna will load inside the embedded app frame.
What Videna asks for
Videna requests read access to your products, product images, and shop information. It needs product images so you can use real photos as visual references. It needs shop information so it can match your billing currency and link your store to your Videna account. It does not request access to orders, customers, or storefront content.
After install
The first screen you see is Create. Your store will already be connected and you will have 10 welcome credits in your balance, which appears in the top right of every page. From here the dashboard is split into four areas you can reach from the left sidebar: Create, Library, Plans, and Settings.
Adding teammates
Anyone with the Apps and channels permission inside your Shopify staff settings can open Videna once it is installed. Their actions count against the same credit balance and the same plan, so coordinate before sharing access. If you need separate billing for separate brands, install Videna on each store individually.
Uninstalling
If you ever need to remove Videna, go to Apps inside your Shopify admin, click the three dots next to Videna, and choose Uninstall. Shopify cancels your subscription automatically and stops any future charges. Your library and credits are held briefly in case you reinstall, then permanently deleted about 48 hours later when Shopify sends its data deletion request. The uninstall guide walks through exactly what happens to your videos, credits, and billing.
If install fails or the embedded app shows a blank page, the troubleshooting guide covers the most common fixes, including clearing the third party cookie block that some browsers apply to embedded Shopify apps.
