Once a video is in your library, you can either download the source MP4 to your computer or send a hosted viewer link to a teammate or a client. Both options are in the player.
Downloading the MP4
Open any video from your library and click Download. The MP4 downloads at the resolution you generated it at, with the original aspect ratio, and includes the audio track if the style produces sound. Files are H.264 encoded, which means they upload directly to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and your storefront without re encoding.
File names
Downloaded files are named with the date, style, resolution, and a short hash. So a download might be called 2026 04 23 lifestyle 720p a3f9.mp4. The naming makes it easy to find the right file later when your downloads folder fills up. You can rename freely after download without affecting anything in Videna.
Hosted viewer links
If you want to share a clip without making your teammate download a file, click Share in the player. Videna generates a viewer link with a unique URL that opens to a clean playback page with no Videna branding. Anyone with the link can watch the video. They cannot edit it, regenerate it, or see your account.
Link permissions
Viewer links are public to anyone who has the URL but not discoverable. They are not indexed by search engines and they do not appear in any directory. You can revoke a link at any time from the player by clicking Share again and choosing Revoke. Revoked links return a 404 immediately.
Bulk downloads
If you need to grab many clips at once for an upload session or a backup, select multiple videos in the library grid by clicking the checkmark on each card, then click Download selected at the top of the page. Videna packages the videos into a single ZIP. ZIPs over 500 MB are emailed to your account email instead of downloaded directly so the page does not stall.
Storage and quota
There is no storage quota on Videna. Every clip you generate is hosted as long as your subscription is active. We recommend keeping a local backup of clips you actively run as ads, in case you ever cancel your subscription, because the 90 day grace period after cancellation is generous but not forever.
