Videna offers three subscription tiers. They differ only in the number of credits you get each month. Every plan includes the same styles, the same resolutions, the same character slots, and the same library. There are no feature locked tiers.
The three plans
Starter is 39 dollars a month and includes 100 credits. Pro is 89 dollars a month and includes 300 credits. Business is 199 dollars a month and includes 1000 credits. All plans bill monthly in your store currency through Shopify Billing. There is no annual option today.
What each plan produces
At 720p 5 second videos, Starter produces about 20 videos a month, Pro produces about 60, and Business produces about 200. At 1080p 5 second videos, those numbers drop to 10, 30, and 100 respectively. Whichever plan you pick, your credits roll over while your subscription is active, so a slow month banks credits for a busy one.
Picking a plan
Pick Starter if you are testing whether video ads work for your store. Twenty videos a month is enough to learn what your audience responds to and to fill a typical content calendar for one product line.
Pick Pro if video is part of your standard marketing motion. Sixty videos a month covers a normal launch cycle, an active TikTok account, and a steady stream of testing creative variations on Meta.
Pick Business if you produce video at agency scale, manage multiple brands from one store, or run paid media at high spend where fresh creative directly correlates with cost per acquisition.
Switching plans
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new credit allowance is added to your balance the moment the upgrade goes through, prorated against your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep the credits you paid for. The upgrade guide walks through both flows.
When to top up instead
If you are within 50 credits of your monthly allowance and you have one big push coming, a top up is usually cheaper than upgrading a tier. Top ups are billed once, added to your balance immediately, and roll over the same way subscription credits do. Tier upgrades only make sense when you expect the higher allowance to be your new normal for several months.
